Christine Long along with David Mortell founded Agentis Financial and Mortgage Solutions in 2014. Christine is also a director at our sister company, Agentis Wealth. “As an experienced and award winner mortgage broker I wanted to utilise my skills and knowledge within the industry as well as provide the personal touch and flexibility that you can only get within a smaller family run business. It means my company can adapt as and when required to provide the most efficient and customer friendly experience. Our growth over the last five years is to ensure we have the very best mortgage and protection experts on board within Peterborough and nationally. I truly believe we have. Paolo Maraio is a highly respected and well thought of mortgage broker with over a decade worth of experience. “I remember when I was a first time buyer and the lack of information I received, not knowing that quality advice that was out there. So I decided as I had always worked in and around finance from when I left education , to take all the relevant exams and try and make a difference to the experience people have. Caren Palmer-Welch has over 15 years’ experience in the industry. She has been helping clients find the right mortgage to move forward and purchase the perfect home or investment for years. “I enjoy helping clients through their house buying journey and beyond. Reducing the Stress levels for my clients and taking as much of the hard work out of the journey to ensure that my clients have a smooth and easy transactions. It is great to work with the clients during their whole mortgage and help them with any changes to their circumstances i.e marriage additions to family.”

Tyler is somebody with a lot of knowledge about the property industry and the home-buying process. Joining as a mortgage and protection co-ordinator in 2023 she very quickly progressed through her CeMAP exams to become a fully qualified mortgage adviser. Tyler brings with her some excellent customer service, problem-solving and administrative skills, gained in previous roles which will be an asset to the team. Tyler is friendly and approachable, making her someone that customers will feel comfortable working with.

Alison Long is based in our office in Thorpe Wood. She is the main port of call for case updates and progression for existing clients.

Alison will happily provide additional support for all of our consultants, putting the customer at the heart of everything she does.

Adam Long has moved back to Peterborough from Leeds and has made a real name for himself here as the local mortgage and protection expert. “I enjoy helping people from start to finish through the house buying process. There is a lot to go through with buying a property and remortgaging and I pride myself in being a point of call to give my clients the best guidance and advice on what is possibly the biggest decisions of their lives. Agentis is a great company to be part of. We are getting a really great name for ourselves in the market and we are being recognised as one of the most well-respected brokers in the area.

Ash has worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years as a broker and more recently as an underwriter for a prominent lender. With experience in advising and underwriting, Ash has a real understanding of how to get a client’s mortgage from application stage to offer in a timely manner. Ash has gained valuable knowledge of the home buying process and mortgage process as whole during his time in the industry.  Applying for a mortgage can be quite a stressful time. I aim to be that main point of contact for every client at every step of the home buying or re-mortgage process. It’s important that my customers understand what is happening during the entire mortgage application journey and that they have someone to rely on that will always be at the end of the phone or an email to reassure them and answers any questions they may have.

Luca has spent the last 5 years working in the property industry getting to know all aspects. Gaining as much knowledge and experience as possible.

“Having spent time in various roles in the property industry I really wanted to focus my time on helping people achieve their dreams, from first time buyers looking at their first home to home movers maybe looking at their forever home. It’s really important to me that all my clients come away feeling happy and relaxed about their move and I can take away as much of the stress of moving as I  possibly can. Keely joined Agentis in 2021 from a retail background having gained 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role. Keely has a keen eye for detail, is very organised and extremely focused on providing an exceptional customer experience during the mortgage process. Keely’s ambition led her to take her broker exams in 2023 and is now looking forward to a successful career helping clients with their mortgage and protection needs.

Lee has over 20 years of property experience.

Throughout his career, Lee has developed a deep understanding of the property market and has helped countless individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership.

With a strong focus on customer service, Lee is committed to providing his clients with personalised and tailored advice to help them make informed decisions about their mortgages. He takes the time to get to know each of his clients and their unique circumstances to ensure that he can provide them with the best possible service.

Josh has been in financial services for nearly 3 years, starting in admin support he took his exams and progressed to being an adviser within 18 months. He now joins Agentis to further his career in advising and will predominantly be covering the Norfolk area.

Anton joined Agents as a ‘new to industry’ broker having gained his CeMAP qualifications whilst working full time in a previous role. With a robust academic background in engineering, Anton honed his analytical skills and attention to detail and has gained a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking—traits that will be integral to his success in the mortgage industry.
